Marcelo André Bulgueroni is graduated in Law (J.D. equivalent) at University of São Paulo (USP) and Master in International Law  at USP,  with the essay “The Electronic International Agreement”, with undergoing Doctors of Law (LLD) studies in International Law at USP. Developing business-oriented legal advising for more than 10 years, with emphasis on International and National Business, Industrial and Financial Agreements.  Former member of the strategic team at the Brazilian Chamber for Electronic Commerce (camara-e.net), also developed different roles at the strategic  legal  advising team at Unibanco S.A. , one of the former major Brazilian banks, merged on 2009 with Itau S.A. bank.  After Unibanco joined the legal department of BASF S.A. , being in charge for all legal aspects of  IT  and  specific industrial units such as the whole decorative paintings sector (Suvinil trademark). In-house  Legal Counsel at ABRAFATI, the Brazilian Association of Paints Manufacturers.  Teaches International Law and Cyberlaw classes as guest professor at post-graduation courses at FAAP and other institutions.  Fluent in English Language.

Renata Orsi Bulgueroni is graduated in Law (J.D. equivalent) at University of São Paulo (USP) and has ongoing studies for Master in Labor Law  at USP. Develops business-oriented legal advising since 2008, with emphasis on Labor relations, Social Security and Business Outsourcing. Professor on Labor Law, Social Security Law and Procedural Labor Law at Complexo Jurídico Damásio de Jesus and other institutions. Specialized in various courses comprising Labor Law such as the Community and National Italian Labor Law at Università degli studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia – Dipartimento di scienze giuridiche (Modena, Itália). Fluent in English and Italian Languages.

Jihane Halabi is graduated in Law (J.D. equivalent) at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is Post Graduated on Eletronic Law at IBMEC and on Internet Providers Civil Responsibility and other Forms of Communication at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). Developing Legal advising and business development in connection to Internet and New Technologies for the past 8 years, with expertise in e-commerce, payment forms and online advertising. Designed and implemented in-house legal departments for technology companies and related law offices. Was also member of Sao Paulo Commerce Federation E-Commerce Council and is involved with several associations related to the field.
